Why are not many franchises third parties making advances on Wii?

I mean, come on! There's Call of Duty 3 and others but those who are multi-platform! There are Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crytsal Bearers and Dragon Quest Swords: The Queen hidden and the Tower of Mirrors, but they are all from the series. Why can not Call of Duty 4, the next final fantasy (the main series), the Dragon Quest (Main series), and the earth even more on the Wii? Why developers are too afraid of making Wii versions of their big games?

I think it is still to some extent the developers have been discouraged by the last two Nintendo consoles. When Nintendo cartridge for the N64 It caused a lot of developers to jump ship (Square-Enix and Capcom). So instead of going for the complete DVD GameCube, Nintendo was once again a direction different, which has just been difficult for some developers who have difficulty fitting games on DVD to fit games on the CD format, much smaller for Nintendo. Nintendo as a whole becomes more third party support, but a lot of it now focuses on the DS. Next Dragon Quest for instance, is exclusive to the DS. Their will be an exclusive relationship in Kingdom Hearts (Chain of Memories as) a new set of Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest Remakes, several series of Mega Man (ZX). DS has also been home to several suites of games such as Final Fantasy XII Wings respectful. DS is also the console of choice for some of the new series, such as Sonic Adventure. The Wii is still coming into its own niche. I think now the game for the Wii is not completely defined. When XBOX and PS3 are hardcore gamers, Wii and DS are catering to a much wider range of players and casual players. But Nintendo does not lack at all on the Wii from their own games First Party (Zelda, Mario, Smash Brawl, Mario Kart.) Give him some time, and I am sure Wii will start to see more support than its market dominance will eventually be too much for 3rd party game companies to ignore. Otherwise, Nintendo will suffice to continue to make their own major.
