Xbox 360 512MB Memory Card Add to the transfer?

I wonder if you buy this memory card size, you'll be able to transfer games and add-ons such between two different 360 consoles with different accounts?

You can transfer saves and profiles, but all: the downloads are encoded at your account and your console and can not be transferred. You can recover your account on a second system and transfer the downloads to the system (and trips), but you can trade them by simply using a memory card.
